14MAY-15MAY2009, 24MAY-31JUN2009. The weather didn't get better as a went for Verdun, France. But it was worth it. Seing the big battlefiled of Verdun is something I had to do, and don't regret to have done. Of cause, this was not my last visit to this lovely country. I would go here again after Italy, to visit Le Camping Moto in Crest, see the Gorges du Verdun, cross over west to visit Bordeaux and head down the coast to Spain. I had some funny experiences in a forrest close to Bordeaux, but the weather was sunny again.
