(Worn) out Shoei Raid II helmet

My Shoei helmet from 2006 has seen better days after some hard rides and a couple of "close contact" with the asphalt. But this helmet has really been a tough nut to crack, furthermore it suits my head like no other helmets.
Trying to get a new or to get a discount on a Shoei helmet, I contacted Shoei Europe, the Shoei importer in Denmark (C. Reinhardt), Shoei USA, Shoei destributor in Spain and a lot of shops selling Shoei around the world. But without any success.
No answers from Shoei themselves or from the importor of Shoei in Denmark: C. Reinhardt? Only a reply from Corver, the distributor of Shoei helmets in Spain. Their offer was more expensive than what I could buy it for on the Internet!
Instead I have changed the dark visor with a spare one in clear plastic and washed the helmet, put some stickers from sponsors over the scratches and it is now ready to hit the road again ;oP

Shoei, if you read this and have a Shoei XR-1000 helmet on the shelf in size XS, and you do not know what to do with it? What about supporting a good project? Please contact me: mhoey.eu@gmail.com (colour doesn’t matter).
