There aren’t any secrets behind this. I’m not a rich guy with big savings, nor do I have my parents to handle the financial part (wish they did!). I do this on a shoe-string budget. I arrived with a 14.000 km old leaking rear tyre to Santiago and no repair plugs left. In my effort of finding new plugs I failed or they were too expensive for me to buy from local bike shops. Luckily the list keeps growing of people and companies wanting to help ATWJ – mhoey.eu or more correctly said “A biker on the street”.
